What Happens During a Mindswell Retreat?
Mindswell Retreats are designed to help you reset, reconnect, and grow.
Across several days, we blend therapy, mindfulness, and movement-based practices like surfing, hiking, or yoga, all in beautiful natural settings. Each retreat includes group workshops, nature-based activities, and time to rest and reflect.
You’ll leave feeling calmer, clearer, and more connected to yourself and what matters most.
6:30am
Morning Movement
Ease into the day with gentle movement to awaken the body and mind, think yoga, a mindful stretch, or a walk along the sand. We’ll also do a quick surf check to see if the ocean’s calling for an early paddle out.
A Typical Day at a Mindswell Retreat
7:30am
Nourishing Breakfast
Fuel up with a wholesome, gut-friendly breakfast featuring local, seasonal ingredients, think colourful bowls, warm teas, and plenty of good vibes.
8:30am
Nature-Based Activity
Head outdoors for an immersive nature session, surfing, hiking, paddling, or grounding barefoot time in the elements. Movement meets mindfulness as you connect with nature and your nervous system.
12:30pm
Lunch & Reset
Refuel and recharge with a delicious, nourishing lunch. This is your time to rest, journal, nap, or simply soak in the stillness before we dive back in.
2:00pm
Group Therapy
Join a guided group session facilitated by a qualified therapist. We explore meaningful themes like identity, values, resilience, and connection, all in a safe, supportive space.
7:00pm
Dinner & Down Time
As the day closes, gather for a grounding circle to reflect, share insights, and deepen your connection with the group, this is where the magic of retreat unfolds.
Then, enjoy a nourishing dinner, or explore the local dining scene at your own pace. Evenings are yours to rest, reconnect, or join us as we settle into stillness.
